Anti-Bullying
At Holsworthy Community College, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where every student feels valued and secure. Bullying of any kind is not tolerated, whether it happens in school, online, or outside of school hours.
We believe everyone has the right to learn and grow without fear or intimidation. That’s why we encourage all students to speak up if they experience or witness bullying - we will always listen and take action.
Our aim is to prevent bullying through education, awareness, and open communication, while ensuring that any incidents are dealt with promptly, fairly, and effectively.

Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors
Our trained Student Anti-Bullying Ambassadors are a dedicated team of students who help make our college a welcoming and supportive place for everyone. They promote respect, challenge unkind behaviour, and support fellow students who may need someone to talk to. They have received training from The Diana Award, a foundation set up in memory of Princess Diana.
The Diana Award Anti-Bullying Programme empowers young people, schools, and communities to tackle bullying through peer-led initiatives, training, and resources.
By leading campaigns and working with staff, our ambassadors help build a culture where bullying is not tolerated and everyone feels they belong.
They have been working together to create posters, present talks and assemblies to their peers and creating videos to share.
Here you will find a rotation of videos from a selection of our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors sharing their stories, thoughts and reassurances.
